Terms & Conditions:
- This Lucky Draw is open to all shoppers of Takashimaya Department Store or Takashimaya Square, B2, except their employees, promoters and tourists.
- One chance will be awarded to customers for every $250 same-day purchase (maximum of 3 same-day combined receipts) from Fri 1 Feb to Sun 10 Feb 2019.
- Receipts from Cold Storage Supermarket, KFC, DC Super Heroes Café, Money Changer, Alteration Services, Davidoff, Shoe Repair Services and Presto Drycleaner, and all tenants from Ngee Ann City, Level 5 are excluded from this promotion.
- Any payment made with Takashimaya Gift Vouchers will not count towards the eligibility amount required for the lucky draw.
- Redemption of lucky draw chances must be made on the same day of purchase during the qualifying period, limited to a maximum of 10 chances per customer per redemption.
- Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- Draws will be conducted at Rest Area, Level 2 on Mon 11 Feb 2019, 3pm.
- Winners will be notified via email. Results of the draw will be published on Takashimaya Website takashimaya.com.sg on Tue 12 Feb 2019.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are subjected to the terms and conditions stipulated by the organiser and respective service provider. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Prize receipt or tax invoice will not be issued.
- Takashimaya Singapore Ltd shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged gift certificate and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
- Prizes must be claimed by Sun 17 Feb 2019, failing which they will be donated to an approved charitable organisation or another winner will be drawn.
- The organiser’s decision is final.
- All particulars submitted on this entry form will be kept confidential. Your personal data will be retained by Takashimaya Singapore for future participation of lucky draws and promotional activities.
