Kickstart the holiday season with our breathtaking Christmas tree light-up event, hosted by Glenn Ong from ONE FM 91.3! Watch the tree come to life for the first time this year, in what is becoming a classic Takashimaya Christmas tradition.

This year, we’ve collaborated with Temasek Polytechnic’s (TP) School of Design on a special Christmas project. 19 groups of students have designed Christmas wrappers with the theme “Gifts from the Heart” and their works will be showcased during the light-up event. Show your support by picking your favourite design and the winning design as voted by the public will be chosen as this year’s official Takashimaya Christmas wrapper! Do good and feel good too, as we will be donating our event fees to benefit underprivileged students from TP’s School of Design. The showcase is on for two weeks only, from Fri 8 Nov to Thu 21 Nov 2019, so be sure not to miss it!
We’ll also be posting an album on Facebook of all 19 Christmas wrapper designs by TP’s School of Design students so that you can save your favourites to be used as your phone’s wallpaper!
PLUS, vote for your favourite designs by liking the respective photos in the album and one lucky winner who picked the most popular Christmas wrapper design will receive a $100 Takashimaya Shopping Voucher. Contest ends on Thu 21 Nov 2019, so get voting now!
